Why the new name? Unfortunately, we've had to drop the BadA bit from our work across the various platforms for a number of reasons, mainly down to the A part, and it's been a while since we did an episode so we thought, let's do a little re-brand to match up our other mediums.

We've all seen the ads, follow me and I will fix everything about your life, but what they don't tell you is that one system won't fix everything, you need to pick from different sources to create your own toolkit to success to become the best version of you, how it works for you.
In this talk, I'm at home talking about how (like I did) you need to save yourself and implement what you learn from various coaches, speakers and trainers to best apply it to you and your situation, coupled with a little bit of news from the EDGE.
